Tadashi Maeda is the Chairman of the Board for the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC). He has served in numerous positions at JBIC prior to his current appointment, most recently as CEO & Executive Managing Director and then Governor. Previously, Mr. Maeda served as Special Advisor to the Cabinet of the Government of Japan from 2010 to 2012 and as a member of the Steering Committee of Nuclear Damage Liability Facilitation Fund from 2011 to 2013. From September 2022, he has been serving as Special Advisor to the Cabinet of the Government of Japan again.
