Ms. Joyeeta Das, Lead education and skilling initiatives at CSR, IBM India Pvt Ltd, is a corporate citizenship professional with a unique experience of over 20 years of working with Government and Non -Governmental organisations, multilateral funding agencies and corporates. Her foucs has been on primarily improving the quality of education in both K-12 and Higher Education leading large scale public private partnerships.   She is deeply passionate about improving individual lives and whole communities of practice through education and nurturing talent through focused and innovative collaborations with experts in nonprofits, school and university systems and industry partners.  

Being entrepreneurial in her outlook, Joyeeta is a problem solver, with emphasis on producing significant results and measurable impact. At her current role at IBM, she leads education and skilling initiatives driving digital citizenship and integration with multiple education stakeholders, to improve 21st century learning and professional development skills to build a talented workforce pipeline in India and across the world.
